Claremont Alumni Discovers the Medium of Body Art

Victoria Banham (Class of 2016) hosts art exhibition

On January 5th 2019, former Claremont Fan Court pupil Victoria Banham (Class of 2016) will be hosting an art exhibition at Thames Ditton Tennis Club from 3pm – 7pm. This exhibition is to culmination of 3 years’ hard work and is an open invitation event with everyone welcome.
 
During Victoria’s final year in Claremont Fan Court Sixth Form, she begun making and posting online makeup videos on Facebook. Over the last three years Victoria explored different social media platforms and was keen to use her ability in art to try and do something different, she discovered body art in February 2017.  Victoria is now one of the few body artists on a video platform called Tik Tok. 
 
2018 has been an exciting year for Victoria, she hit 1 Million followers on Tik Tok. She accompanied the Tik Tok team to parties in Paris and Ibiza and attended the MTV Europe Music Award ceremony in to Bilbao, walking the red carpet. Victoria has also created body art for the latest David Attenborough series for BBC One and has exciting projects coming up with Nickelodeon. We look forward to seeing more of Victoria’s work in the future.
 
Victoria’s exhibition will include art work to see, commission and buy as well as a few different pieces she has been creating,
